Before 2024: the Sunny Side essentials at your fingertips!

Designed to bring together the documentary community for one day (May 28th) before the market, the online event will provide newcomers, pitchers, and all accredited participants with the guidance they need to succeed in the marketplace in June.

This year, in addition to accredited participants, all applicants who submitted a documentary to the Sunny Side of the Doc 2024 call for projects will also be invited to take part in the pre-market event.

With two sessions dedicated to market discovery, Sunny Side of the Doc will cover the most important topics of the event to guide participants and prepare them in advance: types of sessions, must-attend events, networking tips, tool usage; the entire event will be thoroughly examined.

Each session will be conducted by a Sunny Side team member and will conclude with an insightful case study featuring experts, former pitchers, and decision-makers from the documentary industry.

To accommodate the documentary community, we’re hosting one session in the morning and another in the afternoon. Don't miss this opportunity to gain valuable insights and maximize your success at the market in June.
